Refund and Cancellation Policy

evisa-kh.org offers its users the ability to apply for a refund or cancellation in the event they wish to discontinue our services. Because our specialists begin reviewing and processing your official Cambodia eVisa application immediately, applicants may only apply for a refund within a strict 30-minute window following the submission of their application, subject to the following conditions:

A) Last-Minute Travel: No refunds or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances if your scheduled travel to Cambodia is within 24 to 72 hours of your application submission.

B) The 30-Minute Window: If we receive your formal request for cancellation or a refund within exactly 30 minutes after your application submission, we will refund your payment after deducting a 50% administrative cancellation charge for the work already initiated.

C) How to Request a Refund: If you meet the criteria above and wish to request a refund, you must email us immediately at info@cambodiaevisa.org. Your email must clearly indicate the following:

• Your detailed reason for the request.
• Your full name (exactly as it appears on your passport).
• Your unique transaction ID.
• The exact email address used to make the registration on this website.

D) Processing Time: All valid refund requests will be reviewed and processed by our financial team within 72 hours.
