Applicants must carry a physical, printed copy of their e-Visa while traveling. Upon arrival in Cambodia, the biometric capture of the applicant is mandatory at Immigration. Applicants must complete the Visa Application Form accurately and submit it alongside the applicable fees and documents required for Cambodia eVisa processing. Incomplete or duplicate applications will be rejected. You must provide a valid email address, as your approved travel document will be delivered securely via email in PDF or JPEG format.

2. Visa E (30-Day Business e-Visa): We charge an overall comprehensive fee of USD 149 (fees vary based on nationality) for a 30-Day Single Entry Business e-Visa. This includes the mandatory government visa fee and our expert processing fee.
3. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify our service fee structure at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Website.
4. Government Fees vs. Service Fees: The official government base fee for a Cambodia e-Visa is USD 36 or USD 42, depending on the visa category. Travelers may choose to apply directly via the Cambodia eVisa official website at evisa.gov.kh. By applying through our specialized platform, you are paying for our expedited handling, error-checking, and 24/7 support services. Once the application is paid and processing has begun, the total fee is 100% non-refundable.
1. Urgent Visa T (Tourist): We charge an overall fee of USD 149 for fast-tracked delivery. This covers both the government fee and our priority service charge.
2. Urgent Visa E (Business): We charge an overall fee of USD 199 for priority processing.

1. Securing an e-Visa does not guarantee the right of entry. Immigration officers at designated airports hold absolute authority and may deny entry without providing a reason.
2. Tourists must only partake in activities legally permitted by their specific visa class.
3. Both Tourist and Business e-Visas are strictly Single Entry.
4. Entry is only permitted through officially designated border checkpoints.
Issuance of an e-Visa does not grant an absolute right to enter Cambodia. Entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Officer. We shall not be held liable in any manner for border denials or delays.
If applied for far in advance, your result will be emailed 25 days prior to your arrival. If submitted within 60 days of travel, your result is typically emailed within 4 to 7 business days. Urgent applications are processed in 1-3 business days. Processing times begin only after we receive all correct documents. We are not liable for delays caused by the applicant submitting incorrect paperwork.
